SMS, WhatsApp & Email Alerts

Works with Arkesel, mNotify, Hubtel, Twilio and WhatsApp. Every message is logged with its cost, opt-outs are honoured, and a broadcast asks you to confirm before it reaches nine hundred parents.

Lesson Notes & Vetting

The weekly lesson-note cycle without exercise books travelling back and forth: objectives, R.P.K., content, activities and evaluation, submitted for vetting, returned with remarks or approved — and the whole review history kept. An approved note is locked, because a signature you can edit afterwards means nothing.

Online Tests, Marked Instantly

Pupils sit tests on screen. Multiple choice, true/false, fill-in and short answers are marked the moment they submit — essays go to a marking queue. The clock runs on the server, the correct answers never reach the pupil's browser, and a question the teacher left incomplete is sent for marking rather than scored zero.

Virtual Classes

Schedule an online lesson and a private meeting room is created for you — no account, no licence, no link to paste into WhatsApp. Or bring your own Meet, Zoom or Teams link. Pupils join from their portal, the register fills itself in, and weekly lessons each get their own room.

Hostel & Boarding

Hostels, rooms and beds, with the rules actually enforced: no pupil in a hostel for the opposite sex, no third pupil in a two-bed room, no pupil in two rooms at once. Evening roll call that pre-marks anyone out on an approved exeat, and an overdue alert the moment a boarder is past their promised return time.

Library Management

A real catalogue — titles, authors, ISBN, accession numbers, shelves and categories — with lending and returns. Copies on the shelf are counted from the loans actually out, so the number is never wrong. Overdue books are chased automatically, renewals and optional daily fines are built in, and every pupil and parent can see what they have out.

Store & Inventory

Track exercise books, uniforms and equipment properly: items and categories, suppliers and deliveries with part-payments, stock levels with reorder alerts, and every issue tied to the pupil who received it — free or paid. Set what each class is entitled to, and a coverage report shows who is still waiting.

Biometric Attendance

Connect a fingerprint or face terminal at the gate and arrivals record themselves — clock-in, clock-out and the day's attendance, with nobody typing. A terminal that loses the network uploads its backlog when it reconnects. Enrolment is optional, needs parental consent, and no fingerprint image is ever stored.

Results & Report Cards

WAEC-style grading (A1–F9), class rankings, conduct and attitude ratings, and printable A4 report cards with attendance and fee summaries.

Daily Services

Real Accounting, Not a List of Payments
